SATO RWG500 Label Rewinder

Choose the SATO RWG500 Label Rewinder for your batch label print and rewind needs. The RWG500 provides a strong label rewinder to save time and automatically wind up your printed labels into a roll as they come out of your printer. Without a rewinder, the labels will print out onto the floor and then require organization by hand. The SATO Label Rewinder is extraordinarily smooth and quiet in operation.

The RWG500 thermal printer label rewinder features a full 8″ roll-to-roll rewind. Select from either face-in or face-out wound media. You can either do a direct rewind onto the 1.5″ spindle or use of 3″ core. Select from clockwise/counter-clockwise operation.

Its rewind tension arm detects paper slack, presence, and incoming paper speed. Rates at up to 15ips are acceptable. The RWG500 thermal printer rewinder works with your printer to ensure proper operation and uniform rewind of media.

The RWG500 comes with an interface cable for SATO industrial printers. Choose SATO # WWRW55300, and the SATO CLNX will provide power to the 5″-wide label rewinder via its SATO printer EXT port. SATO can supply you with a Joining Plate when you request us to include the SATO # 3CF-RJP-6NX.

The RWG500 label rewinder can also use an optional external AC adapter for all other printer models. Order the SATO Rewinder # 11S000201 for the rewinder unit bundle, including the Auto-Switching Power Supply.
