PrePaid Service Plans

An InfoPrint MaintenancePac with a financing plan is a creative way to provide printer service on your new InfoPrint Pro.  It will save you money, deliver higher availability through the TCRU technique, and provide a way to not impact your operating budget.

A Maintenance Service Contract for the InfoPrint Pro provides availability of the InfoPrint personnel and is comprised of a base cost for pre-paid usage and a variable cost for the amount of usage over the monthly allotted volume.  InfoPrint supplies the toner and replacement maintenance parts for as long as the customer is on the Maintenance Contract.  The customer reports the monthly usage, and InfoPrint bills any usage over the allotment to the customer.

The InfoPrint Pro customer is also provided a supply of Trained Customer Replaceable Units (TCRU), which allows the operator to replace maintenance parts immediately upon noticing an issue with print quality.  This allows the printer to keep running at top quality, and very little down-time while waiting on the InfoPrint service personnel.  These replacement maintenance parts are also replenished at no charge for as long as the customer is on the Maintenance Contract.

A pre-purchased plan for the projected monthly usage is the most economical way to purchase service.  This is called a MaintenancePack.  For the Pro 907 through the Pro 1107 and up to the Pro 1357, these monthly levels are available based upon speed of the machine:  50k, 100k, 175k, 250k, 375k, and 500k.  For any month that the customer exceeds the monthly usage, an overage charge is billed at a pre-published rate.  The larger levels have corresponding lower overage rates.
