Program Overview
Allow eligible New End Users (“customers”) to earn rebate money for Trade-In of selected IBM, TallyGenicom and Printronix legacy impact printers, when purchasing a "bundle" including a new InfoPrint 6500 or 6700 printer and 3 year or greater ServicePac agreement; or an InfoPrint 75 or InfoPrint 100 laser printer. New InfoPrint printer bundles or laser printer must be purchased and shipped by PRINTER CONNECTION between September 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
This is an enhancement to the previously announced Printronix program. If the End User is not eligible for the PCI program, the Printronix program IS AVAILABLE with Printer Connection.
Terms
This UPGRADED PROGRAM from PCI is an enhancement exceeding the Printronix program. It is effective from September 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. If Printronix or InfoPrint alter their programs, PRINTER CONNECTION may then update this program.
Program Conditions
1. This program is for New InfoPrint Customers, defined as an End User Enterprise that has purchased less than five (5) new InfoPrint Industrial printers (6500 or 6700) from any source in the 24 month period prior to the date Printer Connection nominates the End User for InfoPrint approval as a new customer in 2009. All Customers are eligible for the InfoPrint 75 and 100 Trade-In Program.
2. This program requires the purchase of a Printer/ServicePac bundle for either the InfoPrint 6500 or 6700 printer. The ServicePac must be three (3) years or greater.
3. This program is valid for sale of new InfoPrint 6500, 6700, and/or IP75/100 printers in the Continental US – excluding Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
4. The Trade-In program cannot be used in conjunction with any other special discount or special pricing from Printer Connection or InfoPrint.
5. Customer must apply for the Trade-In rebate and printer pick up within 60 days from time of delivery of the new InfoPrint 6500, 6700, and/or IP75/100 printer.
6. Trade-In applies only to new printers purchased and shipped by Printer Connection from September 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
7. Trade-In will be done on a one-for-one printer basis; purchase a new InfoPrint 6500 printer bundle and then Trade-In an old qualifying band or line matrix printer; purchase a new InfoPrint 6700 printer bundle and then Trade-In a qualifying IBM 4400; or purchase one IP75 or IP100 Laser Printer and Trade-In one qualifying old printer.
8. Customer must complete a Trade-In Certificate and W-9 forms, and provide copy of the invoice for the new InfoPrint 6500 purchased. Documents must be sent via fax or email to: Mike Walker. Fax number: 817-430-6250 OR email: mikew@pciprinters.com
9. If the Trade-In is for IBM models 3262, 4234, 4245, 5225, 5262, 6252, 6262, the customer must first advise PRINTER CONNECTION, and then must call IBM and request a pick up. This is a no charge service offered by InfoPrint independent of the PRINTER CONNECTION Trade-In program. Customer must provide confirmation of pick up to PRINTER CONNECTION.

10. If the Trade-In is for IBM model 6400, 6408, 6412, TallyGenicom, Zebra, Printronix and other manufacturers of non-IBM branded band and line printers, the customer or PRINTER CONNECTION Partner Affiliate must call PRINTER CONNECTION and request a pick up.

11. For printers picked up by PRINTER CONNECTION:
a. Customer must strap printer to pallet and have printer dock-ready for pick up.
b. PRINTER CONNECTION will contact customer with Return Authorization number, shipping and packaging instructions.
c. PRINTER CONNECTION will arrange printer pick up and pay for freight charges.
d. Printers cannot be returned to PRINTER CONNECTION without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number.
e. PRINTER CONNECTION reserves the right to decline a pick up and has the option to collect only the main printer components in case of excessive freight charges.
12. Trade-In printer does not have to be functional; however, it must have all components. Missing parts may disqualify rebate.
13. PRINTER CONNECTION will mail rebate check directly to end user when the program conditions are fulfilled.
