Securely print documents, e-mails, and Web content in full-color from Internet-enabled laptops, cell phones, and handheld devices without downloading and installing drivers or additional software.

• From the printer’s Web page, mobile users simply upload a file or Web page URL to be printed and submit a print request.
• Forward any e-mail from PDAs or Internet-enabled cell phones – with or without attachments – to the HotSpot Printer’s e-mail address.

Using either method the system automatically replies to the sender’s e-mail address with a secure release code for each print job. The user inputs this code at the keypad upon arriving at the printer. It’s that simple.

Ironclad data encryption. Users are assured of complete confidentiality during file processing and transmission. All print jobs are encrypted and transferred using 128-bit secure SSL  communications. After printing, every job is automatically and permanently erased from printer memory.

Password protection. Documents are printed only after the user enters the assigned release code using the keypad attachment, ensuring only the sender can retrieve the job.

Add links and custom messages. Customize the main user interface to add links to other websites, add new printers, or insert new screens for additional services, print job options, and job confirmation/approval steps.
